½ cup almond flour

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 tablespoon milk powder (optional)

1 teaspoon cornstarch

Pinch of salt

1 ½ tablespoons butter, cold, diced

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 F and grease a 4-inch pie plate.

Whisk together the dry ingredients, then work in the butter with your fingers until the mixture is combined.

Press the crust into the pie plate with your fingers until it’s even.

Bake for 12 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.

Notes

Cool completely before filling.
